At 0 2777 7777, SCB team is always there for you 24 hours 7 days a week. We provide inquiry service about SCB products and services, including handling your request to stop your cards and order cheque book.
 
General Inquiry (Services & Products Information)
The service is to facilitate general inquiries about banking products and services such as information on deposits, loans, international banking services and many more.
 
Bank's Information Inquiry
We provide inquiry service about SCB rates e.g. deposit, loan, foreign exchange, gold price, bank charges and related conditions including branch location and telephone number. Recently, we also enable you to check on stock prices and NAV for SCB open-ended funds.

Help Desk for Electronic Banking Products/Service
s Web service help desk is set up to facililate your enquiries for our services on e-channnels such as ATM (withdrawal problems), CDM (cash deposit machines' problems), SCB easy card (electronic payment problems), internet banking (EASY NET, BUSINESS NET) electronic bill presentment and payment (ebpp).
 
Stop Card
To facilitate customers who want to invalidate cards issued by the bank e.g. ATM card, credit card, debit card or smart card.
 
Pre – order Cheque Book
You may order your chequebook by 3.30 p.m. at SCB Call Center 1 day before picking it up at the branch where you have a current account with.
